WSJT-X 2.3.0 GA Release

The WSJT Development Group is pleased to announce the general availability (GA) release of WSJT-X Version 2.3.0. Its main new feature is a new mode called Q65 with unique capabilities for EME and scatter propagation modes.WSJT-X is licensed under the terms of Version 3 of the GNU General Public License (GPL).
